Purchase Agreement
Before purchasing a dog please read this carefully. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us. Throughout this agreement the term “dog” refers to a canine of any age or either sex.
All dogs bred by Heritage GSP Kennels and registered with the Heritage name will be guaranteed against any genetic defects for a period of 18 months from date of birth. If you suspect possible defects it must be diagnosed by a reputable licensed veterinarian and reported to Arsenio Urbina. Upon verification the said animal will be replaced with the same sex dog of Heritage GSP Kennels choice from any currently available litter or future litter. This guarantee is for replacement only. No money will be refunded. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! A licensed veterinarian has overlooked all dogs, but we recommend you take your dog in for a formal examination after purchase.
Once you have decided and made a deposit on the gender of your choice, you are NOT able to switch your deposit to the opposite sex. If you have placed a deposit on a male or female, the pick order will follow as the deposits are received. First pick MUST be made when the dogs are four weeks old and so forth. If it is your turn to pick and you are unable to make a decision, we will allow you seven days to make a final decision. After seven days you will have failed to keep your position.
Any dogs purchased from Heritage GSP Kennels the breeding rights will be blocked, unless otherwise agreed and specified by Heritage GSP Kennels.
It’s highly recommended that any dog bred by Heritage GSP Kennels not be neutered or spayed prior to 15 months of age since it can affect development of the brain and neurological system preventing the individual from reaching its' full potential.
If shipping of the dog is required we will ship only when we have received all the funds for the dog, shipping cost, vet check, and the shipping crate.
($400.00 Shipping + Dog)
All dogs with deposits will be picked up at 8 weeks from whelping date. If for reasons you cannot pick up in the allotted time there will be an additional daily kennel charge. If you need other arrangements to be made please let us know before the 8 week pick up date to make arrangements’.
All deposits on dogs are non-refundable but can be applied to future litters within 1 year of deposit.
For the safety and wellbeing of our dogs, Heritage GSP Kennels has the right to refuse business to anyone.
