Welcome!

Hero Go Again Reloaded Heritage

Our beautiful back boy Hero Go Again Reloaded Heritage AKA Hero.

DOB September 16, 2019

This boy has a beautiful, athletic body with a sound mind! His affection and playfulness with other dogs is just amazing. I am completely happy the way he takes breaks from play time with the others to check in and engage me repeatedly. I truly enjoy watching his personality. His confidence is really coming through. As a six week old pup, he was not excited at all to have a pigeon in front of him. At six months old, he was super excited and could not get enough.

He is now a year and eight months old and he is absolutely awesome!

Brother's Thunderstruck Heritage

Thunder is from our sire, Brother, and our dam, Molly. Thunder is a very intelligent and loving GSP. He loves birds and will retrieve from land and water. He reminds us very much of Stealth. Thunder has a wonderful disposition. He is maturing into a beautiful and confident GSP. We are excited for our plans in the future with Thunder. We look forward to breeding Thunder with Cornelia and Cecilia.

Our Beloved Brother
DOB: 7/23/2005 - 06/28/2019

We are sorry to have to say that our beloved Brother is no longer with us. We will absolutely miss and remember this noble dog.

Celeste, my daughter, and I never had siblings. So it was quickly decided after picking him up at six weeks old to bring him home, that his name would be just that. This little guy was so loving and fearless that you couldn't help but love him. His hunting drive was absolutely 100% natural with retrieving on land and water. Visitors were always met with a stick or a toy of some kind hoping to entice them to throw it. I wish I had more photos of all the memories.

He never suffered any diseases or hereditary health issues. He simply lived a healthy life with his body only receiving natural wear and tear. This eventually forced him to slow down. Just about a month ago, a good friend of ours Kurt played fetch with Brother. Much slower of course but you could see Brother's excitement retrieving nonetheless. Besides the wear and tear on his body, his sense of hearing was the only real issue Brother had. He had adapted to strictly receiving commands by hand signals.

About a week ago, Brother suffered a serious accident. It was unfortunately to much for his worn body to bear. We had to make the best decision for our Brother.

With the news of Brother's passing, a few people have exclaimed "He was so young!" I recently saw a post that perfectly explains Brother's story. The response on the post was, "it's not the years, it's the mileage." So true!

On Brother's last day, the family was fortunate to get together and share all the love we could with Brother. He was spoiled to the best of our abilities. My daughter even brought him a steak dinner, Brother's favorite!

I would like to express my gratitude for my Brother, even now that he has passed, for his wonderful presence he made in me and my family's life. Brother was the beginning and we now have a German Shorthaired Pointer breeding program because of him.

Brother Osterberg

Brother has been our boy since he was 6 weeks old and is now retired. Man, what a great dog he has been! We couldn't have asked for a better dog. If you have seen a new litter of GSP puppies, you know how cute they all are and it becomes very hard to choose one. You end up looking for signs to help you make the decision. Brother definitely displayed those signs. He learned very quickly and showed natural hunting and retrieving skills. He loves water in summer or winter as well. We have actually reached up to 15 in. of snow and that still hasn't stopped Brother from retrieving in water. Together, we have made lots of memories and that's what its all about.
